Yes. Corporate Housing for Rent works with pet friendly, however there are some weight and breed restrictions depending on the location an non-refundable pet deposits are required. Please contact us for information.
We make your check-in as easy as possible. We will supply you with all the details and instructions for locating your apartment prior to your arrival date. We will also send you a copy of the apartment community site map to help you find the exact location of your apartment. One of our staff or the property’s specialists will meet you at the property clubhouse, familiarize you with the amenities, then take you to your condo to ensure that everything meets your expectations. If, however, you are arriving outside of normal business hours (early morning or late evening), A lock box will be left on the apartment door with the key.
Our corporate apartments include all your services on one monthly invoice. We accept deposits or checks, VISA and MasterCard, Government travel credit card, or we can bill your company directly. For customers paying by check, we require a major credit card on file
Yes, with a copy of your orders, our military clause unconditionally releases you from your lease. Just give us as much notice as you can.
