Please note: The unit will not be reserved until the $500 reservation deposit is paid.


Terms and Conditions

The $500 reservation deposit is used to hold the unit on your behalf. Once the reservation deposit is made, the unit will not be shown to other customers. As a result, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and will only be applied as a credit towards your security deposit at move-in following full and timely compliance during the move-in process.
We require our clients to complete the move-in process in a timely manner and comply with the documentation that is requested from them. All actionable items must be completed by the client within 7 days following the payment of the reservation deposit. We reserve the right to withhold the reservation deposit and release the unit back into the market following the 7-day period.
$150 dollars from this reservation deposit will be used towards a background check. If you fail to pass the background check then your reservation deposit will be returned minus the $150 fee.

The Reservation deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned if the reservation is cancelled.
